The portable PCP air compressor is designed with a built-in 12V power supply, drain system, fan cooling system, bleed valve, and bursting disc, eliminating the need for oil and water. It can be powered by a car battery using jumper cables with a larger, thicker clamping chuck, or by a household power outlet using a 2.5 square wire, thick power line with sufficient copper material to avoid overheating.
Assembly and operation instructions: 1. Connect the power cord to the converter, then connect the converter to the compressor. There is a switch inside - turn left for 110V and right for 220V. Ensure the converter is suitable for your local power supply. 2. Tighten the screw below the compressor, install the hose, and tighten the release valve. 3. Connect the compressor filling hose to the air tank or other devices. 4. Turn on the compressor fan by pressing the right-side button and let it run for about 2 minutes. Then turn on the compressor by pressing the left-side button. 5. Turn off the compressor when the desired pressure is reached, and let the fan run for another 2-3 minutes before turning it off. 6. Disconnect the fill hose from the tank or cylinder.

The adjustable pressure gauge and temperature gauge allow the compressor to easily reach 4500Psi and automatically stop filling when the preset air pressure is reached.
