The 2L, 1.6 kg carbon fiber air tank offered by Tuxing is designed for a wide range of applications, including loading gas, emergency escape, fire breathing, underwater breathing, lifesaving, clean energy, and more. It can be used in various positive pressure breathing apparatus across industries such as fire-fighting, chemical, shipping, laboratory, mining, petroleum, warehouse, factory, and metallurgy.

This carbon fiber tank features a straight-thread bottle mouth with an M18*1.5 size, a working pressure of 300 BAR, and a hydraulic test pressure of 500 BAR. It has a design working life of 15 years and a re-test period of 3 years. The tank's construction includes an aluminum alloy liner, a high-strength carbon fiber layer, and a glass fiber protective layer, ensuring durability and safety.

The tank comes equipped with a DIN valve male thread size of M18*1.5-6H, a working pressure of 20-30 Mpa / 200-300 Bar / 3000-4500 psi, and a high-pressure hose with a 57mm length stainless steel spring protector and 8mm female foster quick disconnect fittings. The carbon fiber tank to vial standard adapter system allows for 8mm quick disconnect male output directly into the air cylinder, with a standard high pressure port and quick refilling capabilities.

Key features of the Tuxing air tank include a manual switch for opening and closing the cylinder valve, a thread design that makes the tank easy to install and not prone to falling off, and a built-in pressure gauge to monitor the cylinder pressure. The self-locking function with a pressure meter will automatically lock the valve after opening to prevent accidental closing, ensuring high stability and a long service life.
