For the first use of this CS4 PCP compressor, it must be filled with a full tank of pure water or antifreeze before turning on the power. Do not turn the grease knob until after 4-6 hours of use, then turn it one turn. Otherwise, it will cause poor performance.

After finishing the inflation, please release the bleed valve first, and do not start the compressor when there is still air pressure inside. This CS4 model was designed with 2 stages of check valve inside. When working, it does not leak. However, after turning off the power, it may leak pressure from the second stage check valve, causing the pressure to drop from 300 bar to 200 bar in several minutes. This is normal and should not be a concern.

This CS4 compressor supports a maximum design pressure of 5800 psi/400 bar, but it does not mean you can fill to the maximum pressure anytime. Almost all PCP tanks and bottles only support 4500 psi/300 bar as the service pressure to avoid safety problems, although they state the burst pressure can be over 50 MPa/500 bar. As a result, the burst disc coming with the compressor only supports up to 350 bar as the burst pressure. If you fill over 350 bar, the burst disc will be blown. The CS4 PCP compressor has a new upgraded 350W motor and adopts four-stage compression technology. It is very stable when working and quiet, with only 70 dB of noise. The maximum filling pressure is 5800 psi/40 MPa.

First, confirm the maximum safe pressure of your gas cylinder and do not over-inflate, as it could cause safety problems. The compressor is equipped with a double-pointer pressure gauge and a two-level setting auto-stop pressure, which is more secure.

A water tank and a grease tank are designed on the top of the compressor. The excellent cooling can achieve 5 hours of continuous work and can fill a maximum 6.8L gas cylinder. For the first use, it must be filled with about 500 ml of neutral distilled water or antifreeze (pH around 7). Be sure to add neutral antifreeze if it freezes in your area. Do not turn the grease knob until after 4-6 hours of use, otherwise it will cause poor performance. Then, turn the grease knob one turn.

The filling speed of this CS4 compressor is 15% faster than before. Filling a 0.5L tank from 3000 psi to 4500 psi only needs 4-5 minutes. Filling a 0.5L tank from 0 to 4500 psi takes only 14-16 minutes. Filling a 6.8-liter bottle from 0 to 4500 psi takes 2 hours and 40 minutes.

The compressor can be powered by a 12V DC input, allowing you to use a car battery or household outlet with the included 110V-12V converter. It is equipped with a built-in oil-water separator that never needs to be replaced, so you don't need to buy any external oil-water separators.

When the filling is complete, please close the bottle valve first (when filling a bottle) and then open the compressor's bleed valve to release the line pressure.
