The product has undergone thorough safety performance testing, including a hydrostatic test pressure of up to 50Mpa for carbon fiber cylinders, and a minimum burst pressure of up to 102Mpa, allowing it to hold more gas under the same volume conditions.
Compared to traditional steel cylinders, the carbon fiber composite air cylinder has several advantages. It is 70% lighter in weight, has strong corrosion resistance, and has no magnetic property. The inner surface is specially treated to ensure that the held gas is clean and odorless. The product has a long service life of up to 15 years.
The carbon fiber composite air cylinder has a wide range of applications, including loading gas, emergency escape respirators, fire breathing apparatus, underwater breathing apparatus, lifesaving for ships, clean energy, snorkeling diving breathing, PCP rifle and Paintball filling, medical care, and mine emergency situations.
