This valve is designed to fit a carbon fiber tank with a vial standard adapter system, featuring an 8mm quick disconnect male output directly into the air cylinder, with a standard high-pressure port and quick refilling capability.
The carbon fiber tank is made of a straight thread bottle mouth, an aluminum alloy liner, a high-strength carbon fiber layer, and a glass fiber protective layer. This multiple-layer material thickening prevents accidents.
The M18*1.5 straight thread bottle mouth and high-purity carbon fiber provide wear-resistant, impact-resistant, compressive strength, and high-temperature resistance properties.
The product's specifications include a 2L / 122Cu in capacity, 30mpa / 4500psi service pressure, M18x1.5 screw thread size, and an integrated air filling system with a regulator gauge and hose fittings for input and output by quick disconnect.
The product is CE / EN approved (not DOT) and has an inspection cycle of 3 years and a service life of 15 years. The high-quality raw material, AL6061 aluminum alloy liner, full-wrapped carbon fiber, and glass fiber winding, along with external epoxy coating, provide high strength, creep resistance, shock resistance, and corrosion resistance.
The safety tests include a hydrostatic test pressure of up to 50Mpa and a minimum burst pressure of 102Mpa, allowing the carbon fiber cylinders to hold more gas under the same volume conditions.
Compared to traditional steel cylinders, the carbon fiber composite air cylinder offers a 70% weight reduction, strong corrosion resistance, no magnetic properties, stable performance, and a specially treated inner surface to ensure clean, odor-free gas storage with a long service life of 15 years.
