The NANPU Air Drying System is a Three-stage Industrial Grade Air Filtration and Drying Solution. This comprehensive system comprises a Filter Regulator, Coalescing Filter, and Desiccant Dryer, each designed to effectively remove contaminants from the air supply.
The First Stage Filter Regulator is engineered to remove the majority of liquid and solid particles from the incoming air stream. It is equipped with a 5-micron filter element that has excellent filtering performance, extended lifespan, and reusability. This stage also incorporates a pressure regulator to accurately adjust and stabilize the air pressure.
The Second Stage Coalescing Filter utilizes a 0.01-micron filter element to remove 99.9% of any remaining vapor, oil, and fine particles that have passed through the initial filtration. A visual service indicator is included to signal when the filter element needs replacement.
The Third Stage Desiccant Dryer completes the air cleaning process by thoroughly drying the compressed air before it enters your pneumatic tools and equipment. The desiccant beads inside the metal bowl change color from blue to pink when they need to be replaced.
In addition to the pre-installed filter elements, the NANPU Air Drying System comes with a spare 5-micron and 0.01-micron filter element, as well as four bags of 3.5-ounce desiccant beads. The package also includes two 3/4" NPT fittings and thread seal tape to facilitate a secure connection to your air supply.
Designed for high-pressure environments, this air drying system can operate at pressures ranging from 30 to 175 psi, with a maximum flow rate of 141 CFM (4,000 L/min). The all-metal construction, including the bowl and guard, provides excellent durability and safety, while the visible sight glasses in each stage allow you to monitor the system's operation.
The NANPU Air Drying System is easy to install and maintain. Simply ensure the ports and fittings are clean before assembly, pay attention to the correct air flow direction, and adjust the pressure regulator as needed by pulling up the knob, rotating clockwise to increase pressure and counterclockwise to decrease. The auto-drain and manual-drain features help maintain optimal dehumidification.
